Lymphatic Flow Workshop

Lymphatic Flow: A Seasonal Refresh for Your Body

Seasonal changes are a natural time for clearing, circulation, and gentle renewal.

As the seasons shift, many of us feel the urge to move stagnant energy, reduce puffiness, and feel lighter in our bodies again.

Lymphatic Flow is an in-person, guided practice designed as a seasonal tune-up in a fun, interactive space with Jill Rodriguez, Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist.

This class is a general introduction to the lymphatic system and a gentle movement, self-massage, breath work practice.

You’ll be learning how to help your body remember what to do after a slow winter.

In this class, you’ll learn simple, effective ways to support lymphatic circulation through:

    •    Gentle movement

    •    Breath awareness

    •    Self-massage

    •    Dry brushing guidance

All techniques are practiced in real time, so you can feel how they work in your body rather than just hearing about them or watching an online video. The pace is unhurried, adaptable, and meant to be accessible for a wide range of bodies.

People often leave feeling:

    •    Less heavy or congested

    •    More awake and comfortable in their body

    •    Calm, refreshed, and quietly energized

    •    Less intimidated about doing it “right”

    •    Confident they can care for themselves

This class is ideal if you’re feeling sluggish after a turn in the weather, curious about lymphatic health, or simply want a soft reset that supports your body’s natural rhythms.
