Moonseed Massage & Bodywork is located at 1642 W. Colonial Parkway, 2nd floor, Inverness, Illinois. Across the street from Harper College.
The office is located inside a small, quiet professional building.
It’s the blue building, just past the covered bridge. Free parking is available directly outside the office.

All appointments are booked online through the Moonseed calendar.
If you are new to Moonseed, please begin by booking just one appointment in the category that best fits your needs. During your first session, we will discuss your goals, health history, and the most appropriate approach moving forward. After your First Visit, you may book ongoing services as appropriate.

Yes. If your preferred appointment isn't available, you can join the online waitlist directly through the scheduler. If a matching opening becomes available, you'll be notified automatically.
Because Moonseed often books several weeks in advance, many clients choose to schedule ahead and reserve future appointments before they leave. If you know you'll need a specific day or time, planning ahead is the best way to secure it.

After booking, you'll receive an email confirmation which contains your Intake Form.
Please complete it within 24+ hours of your appointment so your health history and goals can be reviewed before your appointment.
It is important to arrive 10 minutes early. We'll review any relevant information and discuss your goals before beginning your session.

Our current session cost ranges from $130-$190. The amount depends on the type and length of the session.
All pricing is available on the Online Booking Calendar.
When you book an appointment, a credit card will be required to hold the appointment but you will not be charged.
After your session, you may pay by using your card on file, cash or Zelle.
Gratuity is appreciated, not expected and you will have the option to add this to your card or use another form of payment if you wish.

No, we do not accept insurance. Payment in full is required at the time of service.

CHANGES TO YOUR SCHEDULE ARE MADE BY YOU.
We require 24+ hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your session. This is to be done online without a fee.
Less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a $50 fee. You must reach out to the business via the contact page in this instance as you will not have the option to cancel online.
No shows will be charged 100% of the session.
Chronic cancellations or rescheduling will result in being put on the waitlist only.
