Lymphatic Flow: Spring 2026
Lymphatic Flow is a body-based class designed as a seasonal reset for the Lymphatic System in an, interactive space with Jill Rodriguez, Massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage therapist.
This class is a general introduction to the lymphatic system and a gentle movement, self-massage, breath work practice. You’ll take home a guide to continue at-home care.
You’ll learn simple and effective, daily mini-routines to support lymphatic circulation through:

• Breath awareness
• Self-massage
• Dry brushing guidance

Spiritual Bathing
Spiritual bathing draws on our ancient human connection to water, plants and intention or prayer to support our emotional and spiritual body.
Across cultures over millennia, people have turned to the elements for cleansing, renewal and healing.
This workshop is an introductory exploration of working with water and plants for personal cleansing and to reconnect with a practice which may be forgotten yet remain deeply familiar in the body.
In this class, you’ll learn to prepare a spiritual bath for yourself and how to offer intentions for cleansing, renewal and healing
